Die Mischung nun auf dem Herd unter R\u00fchren vorsichtig erhitzen. Der Vorteig ist perfekt, sobald er dickfl\u00fcssig wie Pudding ist. Das Mehlkochst\u00fcck vom Herd nehmen und abk\u00fchlen lassen, lauwarm ist in Ordnung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr den Hauptteig Mehl in eine ausreichend gro\u00dfe Sch\u00fcssel sieben. Ein Mulde in das Mehl dr\u00fccken, Milch, Zucker und Hefe hinein geben und kurz mit einer Gabel verr\u00fchren und beiseite stellen. Inzwischen die Butter schmelzen. Die Eier verquirlen und zu der Hefemischung geben. Das Mehlkochst\u00fcck und die zerlassene Butter ebenfalls zu der Hefemischung geben und alles f\u00fcr etwa 5 Minuten zu einem glatten Teig kneten. Das geht am besten gleich in der Sch\u00fcssel, da der Teig ziemlich klebrig ist. Nach kurzem Kneten sollte er sich gut von der Sch\u00fcssel l\u00f6sen. Eventuell noch etwas Mehl zugeben, aber nicht zu viel. Den Teig nun zugedeckt bei Raumtemperatur f\u00fcr&nbsp;<strong>1 Stunde<\/strong>&nbsp;gehen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Teig sollte sein Volumen deutlich vergr\u00f6\u00dfern. Jetzt den Teig auf eine leicht bemehlte Arbeitsfl\u00e4che geben und in&nbsp;<strong>12<\/strong>&nbsp;St\u00fccke teilen. Jedes Teigst\u00fcck nun auf unbemehlter Fl\u00e4che zu glatten Kugeln formen. Die Teigkugeln abgedeckt bei Raumtemperatur f\u00fcr 30 Minuten gehen lassen. Backofen auf&nbsp;<strong>160\u00b0C Umluft<\/strong>&nbsp;vorheizen.
